HIPAA Clinical Training - Information provided on the University web site. Student read the material provided, print off the cover page, sign it and return it to the Front Desk, K6/146, of the Academic Programs Area.
HIPAA Research Training - Information provided on the HIPAA Training web site. Student read the material provided. After the student has completed the training they should print off the certificate and return it to the Front Desk, K6/146, of the Academic Programs Area.
